Children ages 3 – 5 are introduced to yoga and mindfulness practices through play-based activities, stories, songs, and simple games. In the process, children build gross and fine motor skills, self-regulation skills, social and emotional skills, strength, focus, and balance while having a whole lot of fun! Caregivers are welcome to participate.
